A little ‘Nirvana’ in Surrey where quintessentially English meets rock, pop and indie!
Beer Bop A Lula is a boutique summer music festival with its roots firmly planted in celebrating the art of craft beer but delve a little deeper and you discover a whole lot more….
A festival where music lovers can sing and dance, beer gurus can sup real ale and the refined can quaff champagne!
Add to this the finest festival street food, tailor-made family entertainment and stonking ‘house’ DJ’s and you have a homespun melting pot of classy summer entertainment for all ages and all backgrounds….
The festival pops up from nowhere to transform the park, giving locals and visitors a chance to mingle and enjoy the show. Everyone is welcome to the party!
The festival is held in Priory Park situated in the heart of the town of Reigate and only a 10 minute walk from Reigate Railway Station. It's easily accessible from London with journey times of only 50 minutes from London Victoria via Redhill and by car Reigate is situated just off junction 8 on the M25.
Please bear in mind that THERE IS NO PARKING at the festival so we recommend that you use public transport or take a taxi. Although there is no camping at the festival there is a good selection of quality accommodation in the surrounding area. Tickets are released in phases and each phase of tickets will be more expensive than the last, so the earlier you book the cheaper they will be :-)
Last entry is 9pm.
There is NO PARKING at the festival site. Please find alternative ways to arrive to the festival and be conscious of our neighbours on arrival and departure. The festival is a 15 minute walk from Reigate train station.
On arrival you need to enter via the main gate which will be situated opposite the lovely Pistachios Cafe Our friendly security will undertake standard security checks which will include bag searches, so please be prepared. Once through the security check your ticket will be scanned and you will be issued with the appropriate wristband.
You must be wearing your wristband at all times whilst you are in the festival site. Your wristband is either valid for the whole weekend (Weekend and VIP Sponsors ticket holders) or for the day (Day ticket holders). If you have a Weekend/VIP Sponsor wristband this should not be removed as you will need it to gain re-entry.
Broken, damaged or wristbands that appear to have been in any way tampered with will be refused re-entry.
You may leave and return to the Festival with your wristband, however each time you leave you will have to undergo a security check on re-admittance to the festival site. Even with a wristband, there is no entry or re-admittance after 9pm.
The festival operates a festival currency called the LULA. £1 = 1 Lula. On entry to the site you should proceed to the Beero de Change where you can purchase your LULAS by Card, Apple Pay, Contactless or Cash. We much prefer Card, Apple Pay and Contactless transactions as this is more secure for you and the festival.
The bars and food traders on site will only accept LULAS, so it is important that you obtain your festival currency before attempting to buy any food or drink.
VERY IMPORTANT! Once purchased, LULAS CANNOT be refunded or changed back for pounds, so please make sure you only purchase the amount you require. Thank you.
We operate a “zero tolerance” policy towards drugs and underage drinking at Beer Bop A Lula Festival and operate a strict Challenge 25 Policy You will need to be ID checked by one of our security team (at the entrance) in order to be served alcohol if you are lucky enough to look under 25. It takes only thirty seconds to get ID checked, so please, if you are in any doubt, get checked, and then you won’t be turned away from the bars.
For your safety we have a dedicated team of SIA registered security staff who will be on site to help and assist you throughout the event. Our security teams' primary responsibility is the wellbeing of everybody so please follow any safety instructions given.
Beer Bop A Lula Festival is a family friendly environment and we expect appropriate behaviour from everybody who attends. The festivals organisers reserve the right to remove any person that behaves inappropriately or is abusive in any way to the festival staff or any other person on the festival site.
Please take your Festival Beer Glass with you when you leave the event, it's yours to keep as a memento and you will need it if you plan to return at a later time. If you lose it you will need to replace it in order to get served and you will be charged 2 Lulas. Please note that your glass must be empty when leaving the site, so ensure you drink up in plenty of time!
Please remember that the Festival is located in a residential area so please respect our local community in keeping noise to a minimum and placing litter in bins.
