HOW ACCESSIBLE IS THE FESTIVAL SITE?

Beer Bop A Lula Festival is held on a green field site.
The ground is reasonably flat but there are undulating areas throughout the festival footprint and as with most outdoor sites, the terrain can be uneven in places.

Although we will prepare for all conditions we ask that you do too. So please consider the ground conditions and unpredictable British weather when deciding what facilities you may need and what equipment you need to bring.

Accessible toilets are available on the festival site in the main toilet area...

CARER / PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) TICKETS

We offer a free carer ticket for those who require assistance to attend the festival.

To apply for a free carer/PA ticket you will first need to purchase a general admission festival ticket.

Next you will need to forward your booking confirmation email and evidence of your disability to accessability@beerbopalula.com and a member of the team will be in touch to process your application.

Copies of the following are accepted as evidence:

Middle / High rate DLA for care and/or Mobility
Receipt of personal independence payment (PIP)
Evidence of being severely sight impaired
Credibility Access Card +1 Category requirement
Recognised assistance dog ID Card

All applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.

The carer/PA ticket is for general admission only.

The carer/PA ticket is provided on the expectation that your carer/PA is willing and able to assist you throughout your time at the festival. They must also be available and able to help you in the unlikely event of an evacuation.

ACCESSIBLE CAR PARK

We have a limited supply of accessible car park spaces available. Should you require accessible parking please email the registration number of the car requiring the space when you apply for your PA ticket. Please be aware that these are very limited in number and will be allocated on a "first come, first serve' bases

There are accessible car park spaces available in Bell Street car park located close to the festival site.
